Popular South African actress Six Nyamane may be returning to the iconic SABC1 soapie, Generations: The Legacy, in a shocking twist.

A recent teaser shared on the show’s Instagram account appears to show Six’s character, Nozipho Cele-Moroka, in a dramatic scene, strangling her ex-husband Khumo Moroka in his sleep.

Six previously played Nozipho Cele-Moroka on Generations: The Legacy, but her character went into hiding after faking her own death to protect her baby from Khumo. Jack Mabaso, played by Vusi Kunene, helped her escape. Six exited the show in February 2025, stating it was time for her to move on and explore new opportunities.

While there’s no official confirmation from the actress or the show, fans are buzzing with excitement at the prospect of Six reprising her role.

Meanwhile, Six has been keeping busy with other projects, including a TV commercial for Debonairs and preparing for her upcoming wedding. Could this be a dramatic return for Nozipho Cele-Moroka? Only time will tell.
