His family confirmed the news on his Instagram account, expressing deep sorrow and asking for privacy during this difficult time. “It is with deep sorrow that we confirm the passing of Bravo Le Roux (Sinesipho Peter), a beloved South African artist whose talent, voice, and spirit touched countless lives across the world,” the statement read.

The cause of death has not been publicly confirmed. Bravo Le Roux was known for his authentic and passionate music, which reflected his life in Khayelitsha and inspired many young artists. His debut album “Igazi, Inyembezi Nombilo” topped charts and gained international recognition.
