Samke “MaKhwela” Khwela  has social media doing a double take after photos of Musa Mseleku’s fifth wife showing off a noticeably slimmer figure in a short dress began circulating online.

The reality TV star’s latest look quickly became a talking point, with some fans questioning whether the woman in the photos was really MaKhwela. The speculation comes just days after she went viral for a runway walk that had social media users talking, making the contrast between the two appearances even more striking.

An X user, Nonku Mhlongo, @nonkumuleko1402, joined the conversation on Sunday, 27 September 2026, writing: “Makhwela babe, Musa is gonna get a heart attack!! Ukujola Nama 2k is not for the faint-hearted.”

The conversation has also drawn attention because of Musa’s previously public views on his wives wearing revealing or short clothing. His comments about co-wife Thobile “MaKhumalo” Khumalo wearing a short dress previously sparked discussion around the Mseleku household and on social media.

Now, with MaKhwela turning heads in a similarly short style, fans have been left wondering what Musa will make of the look.

The timing has only added to the amusement online. Earlier in September, MaKhwela’s runway appearance at a South African fashion show went viral, with her walk becoming the subject of jokes and memes across social media.

For some followers, seeing the latest photos after that viral clip has made MaKhwela almost unrecognisable, prompting a wave of reactions about her dramatic transformation.
